Participants of Each Five-Week Outdoor Session Will Receive:

Essential Nutritional Information 
- 
Comprehensive Flexibility Training Regiment 
- 
Before and After Body Measurements/Pictures (if desired) 
- 
Weekly Emails and Reminders 
- 
Knowledge and Ability to Apply a Comprehensive Exercise Program to Any Indoor or Outdoor Enironment. 
Notes about our fitness courses:
- 
We exercise MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm. 
- 
The above schedule is tentative and subject to change. 
- 
In the event of inclement weather, class will be rescheduled. 
- 
Commitment to the five-week course is required for maximum benefit, any classes missed other than in-climate weather will not be made up.
